Airtel Payment Bank — money deducted but transaction is not done

I did a transaction on 17 february 2018. My transaction i'd is[protected]. My money is deducted from my pnb bank account but the transaction is not done. My transaction is not complete nor my money is refunded. I did a email to airtel they telling me that money is refunded in my bank account. I contact to my bank but my money is not refund. Plzzzz help me.
