[Resolved]  Airtel — Poorly coordinated and company of stupid

Started from 5th nov.
I requested my porting request to Vodafone, and same day i cleared my all pending dues and deposited extra amount so that my porting request will not be rejected after my new bill generation.

From that day (5th nov), aim receiving more than 2-3 call each day from your stupid sales team- and always i have to tell them the same : that i want to port my no. bcz i have network issues, over bill, and my family office team owns .

I think i have my rights to port my sim to another network, but i am still being harassed by your team.

I received calls from 5th nov. to 20th nov. from diff. no-asking the same reason .
(DO I HAVE ONLY THIS WORK OF GIVING YOU EXPLANATION DAILY).

# And on 23 Nov. my mob. no. outgoing was stopped suddenly from your side without informing me.

I think you can understand that 23rd was Wednesday, as aim an Architect and designer by profession, so i have to coordinate with my employees and consultants, clients, workers on site, etc etc.

and when i reach to airtel store (near gurudwara, gurgaon), they told me that my outgoing was stopped biz i own 6 no. on my name- and there bill is pending And when i asked tell me the no. which owns, Then they don't have any answer for that.

and they said we can't solve your outgoing faculty of your no. right now, It will take 1-2 days .you can visit airtel store in sector-14.

and when i reach there -they again took my 2 hours- i paid my bill there for my no. and of [protected] (my employee was using this no.), airtel store executive asked me to pay this bill, so i did. (time was 5:54pm)
and after 15 minutes, Ms. Ritika called me and said sir your bill is pending, kindly pay your bill (that time i realised WTF, i just paid it-where's the coordination in Airtel team), so i give my mob. phone to Airtel executive (Mr.Amit) and he explained Ms. Ritika that i have cleared all dues.

And my outgoing facility started after 8pm on same day.(this again realised me that i was with worst network provider, which is very slow and poorly coordinated)

and today at 11:52am, i talked to Mr.Shaantunu (executive on 121 customer care), and i shared my problem with him. he said according to record notes of my no. dated 25nov. .
This thing raised me eyebrows and i was like... WHAT THE HECK going on, and when i told so to any Airtel executive, even i don't receive any call at 5:45pm on 25nov. (i have checked my call log)

Even now i feel pity on you, and i think my issue will be resolved from your side in future also. because i have understood that you people are very foolish and just working under Airtel for money, you are not a good service provider, so just pack your bags and go home.
