Airtel — portability to airtel | |||
Hi sir/mam, I am sudipta beuria with my registered mobile number [protected] has opted for airtel from my previous provider aircel on 06.03.2018. I have received the new sim card and got the network for few minutes, i've had the first recharge however, i have not received any confirmation messages from them nor am i receiving any network. The manual/automatic network selection option on my smartphone isn't working either. I'm in great difficulty because this number is for my office purpose and all the internet transactions are done by receiving one time password in this number. I've already done the first recharge and called their customer care executive who told me to wait for another 19-20 march. As far as i know it doesn't take that amount of time to port into a new service provider. I also emailed them about this but they have stated a different thing that is my portability request has been cancelled due to upc mismatch and to generate a fresh upc!! I'm gone nowhere. I don't know what do! The aircel became bankrupt and not working, nor i can get a fresh upc. You are requested to kindly resolve my query. Was this information helpful? | |||

There customer service is worst it has been a month since I requested portability but no answer from them. The call center is telling one thing while the email team is telling the other way round. I'm stuck in this problem and don't know what to do!!!
