[Resolved]  Airtel — Ported number from docomo to airtel facing problem because of poor airtel response

I have ported my number [protected] from tata docomo to airtel.
The application provided for mnp from my side is on 06.08.2016 in liberty airtel showroom kodambakkam chennai.

Yesterday i received message from number 1901stating that my number will be ported into airtel by 16.8.2016 22.11 minutes. My tata services had been already disconnected then i have put the airtel sim card but still now there is no coverage for my ported number.

When i called the customer care in the morning they asked me to wait for completion of 7 working days but i told them i got the message they informed me it will take 48 hours to activate my sim card then i really got upset as all my financial as well as personal details are related to this number then they provided nodal office number.

Then i tried contacting the nodal office and its found that sim number submitted by the airtel outlet was different to the one provided to me and now to activate this new sim number they informed me it will take 24 hours.

After a long conversation miss. Ezhin confirmed me that sim will be activated in next four hours since i dont have any alternate contact number i provided my office land line number to contact me, after 4 hours also i didnt got the activation so i called again this time mr. David spoke and he confirmed me that in next one hour backend team will call after that too no call received then again i called this time miss. Fathima spoke with me and she is saying it will take 48 hours to rectify their fault.

Actually they are not taking any action seriously because this is not a new sim card all the emergency and financial related items are associated with this number only for me, this shows how they are reluctantly performing their job.

I am planning to raise a compensation against them for the loss occurring for me because all my financial stock exchange other related items fully stopped as i dint have otp from bank.

Yesterday evening after making all the complaint a call received from Airtel outlet where i brought the SIM stating that they have activated other SIM card which is in their hands, But when i asked why you didn't informed me about this change as the SIM activation would have been done before forwarding my request to Docomo they are not having any proper response just asked me to come to Kodambakkam branch before 8PM where the call to me received around 6.30, then i have rushed as i need to travel 25 Km to reach the Kodambakkam outlet.They have provided the New sim card stating that this is activated but i checked there itself in the showroom but that SIM card also not working. Mr.Diwakar in that outlet asked me to come 11 AM tomorrow morning.

But strictly said them i cannot come because to brought SIM itself that outlet made me to visit their branch 4 times stating that they have only postpaid MNP sim is there after having long conversation only they have provided this new SIM but still that didn't working still.

For two days i am without my number no body able to contact me, i am suffering a huge loss. I am not sure that Airtel at least provide activated sim card by today. Sure ill lodge this loss against Airtel. As i do have all the proof of recording in my hand.

Today from Airtel store kodambakkam the person brought the SIM card but still they are saying it will take 48 hours to activate this sim card which is really unbearable as all my personals are belonging to this number only because of the fault from Airtel store people i am unable to use my personal number from 16.8.2016 22.11 onward and if still it take 48 Hours i will suffering a total time of 84 hours.
Will Airtel allow any one of the postpaid number to operate for 84 hours without bill payment ?

Then what the hell these people doing on to the customer?
