Airtel — porting charge

Today i have changed my mobile operator from jio to airtel. When i received airtel they have charged me rs.50 for porting charge. I have asked that proting charge is max rs.19 fixed.
But i have to pay rs. 50.
Why instead of rs.19 as decided by trai i have to pay rs. 50.

Sir I ported my sim from reliance to Airtel as I wanted the same number, but still it didnt get activated. Sir pls look into this issue immediately as that number is required for all my official purposes
