[Resolved]  Airtel — Promised CUG plan is not provided by Airtel

Sir/Madam,

I am writing this mail on behalf of a group of people. We are a corporate firm in Kakkanad named Advenser with 100+ employees. In December, a sales agent from Airtel came to our office and introduced corporate plans for us. Previously we were using a corporate plan from Vodafone with following benefits.

750mb 3g and post 750, unlimited 2g
500 minutes local calls including land line
300 local sms

Airtel agent offered the following plan to us

1gb 4G and post 1GB, unlimited 2g
500 minutes local mobile calls
300 sms

So, some o[censored]s decided to take this plan and in January 2016, we migrated to Airtel. Presently around 50 people are in our Airtel CUG. But, after activating the connections, we came to know from customer care that Airtel doesn't have a plan with unlimited 2g. I contacted that agent 2 weeks back and he said, he had given complaint to Airtel IT department regarding this. After 1 week, I contacted him again, but could not make it. Since 1 week he is not answering our calls. We are in deep trouble now.
Presently, some o[censored]s are not getting internet after 945mb and others are billed for huge amount after 945mb.
I went to Airtel office at Maradu directly yesterday and, they says they cannot do anything. A group of 50 people are in trouble now. And, another 10-20 connections activations are in progress. And, I am having more trouble because, I only introduced this Airtel guy to my company. Please see some of our numbers below for your reference.

Customer Care says our data plan is like this.

945 mb 4G free, after that, 130mb for 500 rs then, 2g speed.

Airtel representative repeatedly told us we will not get extra bill for using data when we took the connections. It is now a clean case of cheating from Airtel side. We are very disappointed with these kind of service from Airtel.

Please let me know whether you can do anything to solve this issue.
