Hi, Good afternoon. My name is dama. Prabhakar. Yesterday i have recharged my mobile with 45/- as topup. But recharge amount has not got credited. I got message saying that recharge has happened successfully. These airtel people are money minded. I can't call customer care as it is chargeable. Later i came to know that it is for 5 days usage of internet. I have nokia 1100 model mobile. How can i user internet from that phone. These people will have mobile details also. I don't know why they will cheat from its customers? Kindly recharge my mobile with 45/- topup asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
