Airtel — recharge unsuccessful but my money is debited

I recharged my number on[protected], after payment process, the website displayed that recharge was unsuccessful due to following reasons, insufficient funds in the back. But when i checked my bank account 199 rs have been deducted under airtel payment. I have never faced such problem before.

Now i request you to refund my money back.

I have change my number from postpaid to prepaid, from then I am unable to recharge my phone. Now the outgoing and incoming service has been banned. I am stuck, unable to recharge nor call customer care. I am an Airtel postpaid customer from 2 years. This is unacceptable behaviour from Airtel.

I get at least 1 call per day from HDFC bank, I guess from Indiranagar branch for personal loan. I have informed multiple times that I am in DND and I never asked for any loans.
The latest calls received today- 13th Dec are from mob- +[protected]
