Airtel — refund-excess amount

We have ported out from airtel to vodafone on 17.10.2017 and there was an excess payment refundable to us for the following numbers

Mobile number [protected] for refund of rs.7022.76
Mobile number [protected] for refund of rs.3199.88
Mobile number [protected] for refund of rs.2462.97

We have made repeated reminders through mail as well as 121 call but inspite of about 3 months over we have neither received any cheque nor neft payment in our account. We have repeatedly submitted the bank details/ cheque copy but we are not getting any response from airtel.

Updated by RISHABH GOLD JEWELS RECEIVED A CALL FROM [protected] AT 11:26AM. THE EXECUTIVE WAS TELLING THAT THE AMOUNT CANNOT BE REFUNDED THROUGH NEFT OR CHEQUE. THEY CAN ONLY REFUND THROUGH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. WE INFORMED THAT THE NUMBERS WERE REGISTERED IN COMPANY NAME RISHABH GOLD JEWELS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED AND WE WILL BE HAPPY IF YOU REFUND THE SAME BY CHEQUE BUT THEY SIMPLY DISCONNECTED THE CALL STATING THAT ONLY CARD PAYMENT IS POSSIBLE. THIS IS JUST HOPELESS AND USELESS AND MAKING EXCUSES FOR NOT REFUNDING.

Updated by RISHABH GOLD JEWELS AS THE CONNECTION WAS IN THE NAME OF COMPANY, AND THERE IS NO CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD IN COMPANY NAME, THEY NEED TO REFUND IN SIMILAR WAY WHICH AIRTEL HAS REFUNDED Rs.6502.91 FOR OTHER NUMBER IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT ON 14.12.2017. I ASKED THEM TO SEND A WRITTEN MAIL BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO SEND THE MAIL AS WELL

The hackers have received all my details and they called us and duped us for Rs.25000 by misleading and fraudlent transaction. stay alert and don't disclose your identity and specially card numbers, CVV and OTP
