[Resolved] Airtel — Refund of recharge transaction | |||||
Dear sir/ madam, This is to bring to your notice that on 7th june 2016 a recharge transaction of rs. 253 has been deducted from my icici account[protected] but due to some technical error there was failure in the process of recharge. I immediately received a message from 121 that my money will be credited in my account within 7 days. Sadly so far i have not received the same. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. This is to inform you that I have registered a complaint in this site regarding an error in airtel money transaction. Immediately I have received a call from the office by Mr. Ankit saying that he will be the one who will be looking after my query. In lieu of my Rs.253 transaction he has deducted Rs. 20000 from my ICICI account saying that this will be reimbursed within 1 hr and gave me a fake ID that is 182626. Sorry to say If this is how you deceive poor people then you should not put up consumer complaints forum. REIMBURSE MY HARD EARN MONEY.

In order to verify the recharge transaction amount which was suppose to be reimburse has been which has been deducted from your end. Kindly reimburse the same or face the consequences.
