[Resolved] Airtel — Sending misleading messages amounting to fraud with your customers | |||||
Dear Airtel, I received a message from you that since my unused data is getting over, I should recharge my data to get my unused data back before it gets expired. I have done the same. However, I didn't receive any extension of my unused data. This is extremely unfortunate of Airtel to first send misleading messages to their customers to recharge immediately to extend our unused data and then find reasons not to give it to us. I am definitely going to share the screenshots of your messages and the recharge done by me at the social forums to make people aware of the fraud that Airtel is doing with its customers. Please find the screenshots attached with this message confirming that I was told to recharge immediately to extend my unused data. Still, my unused data balance has not been extended. Also, please be assured that all my family members and friends will soon give up on using Airtel numbers and port it to Reliance Jio/Vodaphone or Idea Cellular if you do not honor your commitments at the earliest.
