[Resolved] Airtel — Services not restored for more than 12 days - Airtel is technically most inferior operator in India | |||
Airtel Team, My Mobile No : [protected], Bangalore circle. The above Post paid No pertains to me and I have used this No happily with Vodafone in Chennai.. When I shifted to Bangalore I have shifted out from Vodafone to Airtel, since then facing many challenges including getting good connectivity. On 16h Dec16, I visited your Mahadevpura Airtel outlet and placed my request to shift my services from Postpaid to Prepaid. I have completed all the documentation formalities and they issued me a new SIM and advised me load it when the services getting disconnected in the existing Postpaid SIM. I received a SMS on 18th Dec, Sunday informing me that the verification process has been successfully completed and on 19th evening 5 PM, I lost the signal & services from my existing Postpaid SIM. Hence, as per the instructions given to me, I have loaded the new prepaid SIM, but the signal and services have not resumed. I immediately visited your Kundanahalli AIrtel outlet and placed my grievances. They gave me 24 hrs SLA and to my disappointment the services have not started and they claim some technical error at their end. When I called them again on yesterday evening, the reasons /excuses given to me are not satisfactory.. For the technical issues at your end, why should I suffer ?? For the last 48 hours I am not accessible in my mobile No and not getting proper remedial actions from Airtel team. If you cannot fix it pl let me know, I would switch over to other operators. But I cannot wait any more and need immediate actions from your end. For the last 12 days, 3-4 different people have spoken after i made repeated escalations, but none of them are able to resolve my issues. It seems Airtel is the most inferior mobile operator in the company but the make tall claims about open network etc, which are all seems to be fraud claims.
