Airtel — sony ten channels not being broadcasted during 2nd odi between india & south africa | |||||
Dear forum. As one of the customer of airtel dth, i am very much unhappy with their services. I was not able see live match between india and south africa 2nd odi on 4th feb. All sony teens channels are not being broadcasted on the stipulated time. It pops out a message as "athe channel is currently not available from the broadcaster. We regret the inconvenience". Other sony channels are being broadcasted. Only sports channels are restricted. While the same comes in live and can be viewed by sony liv app. So it's a clear misunderstanding between the airtel and sony network. Customer have nothing to do. I paid for the channel as takes a package of all sports channel. So as i was not able to view the live match, i raise my voice against these dth provider. This is not the way. I strongly put a complain as i have committed my time and plans for this match. So who is responsible for my loss. Simply putting a message of regret doesn't solve my concern. I will go to court on same. And company should think to compensate on my list of time and plan. Please suggest and solve the query. Customer membership no.
