[Resolved] Airtel — unable to use mobile services since porting from vodafone to airtel | |||||
I have done my port from vodafone to airtel on 15th july'17. Since then i am unable to receive any incoming calls and send / receive any sms. But i am getting network coverage on my sim and i can make outgoing calls. Due to this i am unable to receive my client calls and cannot do my banking services where my mobile number is registered and this is impacting my work / business and causing financial loss. I tried contacting the appellate authority 3-4 times and they said that the issue will be resolved in 1-2 days. But the deadlines crossed all the times and i didn't get any resolution and i wonder why airtel is unable to resolve this issue even after 12 days.
