Airtel — Unauthorized bill plan change from 399 to 999 and incoming service termination

Dear Sir, I recently ported from Vodafone to Airtel postpaid with 399 combo plan. I noticed a change in plan from 399 to 999 without authorization. So I called their customer care and complained about it and told them to rectify it. But to my suprise the problem not solved and Now I could not receive any incoming calls and my message services were halted. I once again called the customer care no and informed about this. They are saying all systems are working fine and told me to switch off and switch on mobile. I did everything they told me. It was not working. I went to the customer care office in pusa road, new delhi. Now they are saying they don't have the powers to change the bill plan to my original plan. about the incoming and message service they said it will be rectified with in 4 hours. but it is almost a day and it has not rectified. I am facing a lot of inconvenience due to airtel and their service. Now I regret porting from vodafone to airtel. My airtel No. is [protected]. My alternative no. is [protected]. Please solve my problem at the earliest.
