[Resolved] Airtel — Unexplained deduction from prepaid account | |||||
Hi, I've been using this number for quite a long time. Few days back when I checked my account balance, it was ₹213, and today I found it ₹49. I'm shocked seeing such a deduction, so I called customer care to check what is going on. They said it got deducted because I used internet without data package. But that is not possible because that sim is being used in a basic phone of Nokia which does not has internet facility. They gave me a number to verify this by calling 12181. When I called this number it says I've never used internet. I again calleg customer care but they are stuck on their point that it's deducted due to internet. Please help.
