Airtel — unwilling to give receipt as deposit document | |
I have a vodafone no [protected]. I am willing to to port from voda to airtel having porting code. But customer executive mr subendu som of 10 bentink st of kolkata of airtel store refused to port without first recharge 178/_. L am willing to do so but he informed it will be recharged after 7 days. Then i demanded a receipt for deposits money but he refused. So i could not port my no. Now i have a grivance how he can take money without receipt? Was this information helpful? | |
