Still I'm waiting my return of my investment.

I have got The Certificate Of Property, which was conveyed vide Indenture Dated 06/03/2013 between me, The Certificate Holder and the Company Alchemist Infra Realty Limited, whereunder the Certificate holder i.e I have paid RS.50000(Fifty Thousand Only)
But on expiry tenure on 06/03/2016, The estimated value has not been refunded to me...
