My alliance broadband is not working last 3 days......

This is after real struggle of quite a number of years or specific to last few days, my internet connectivity appears to be down intermittently.

At this moment, when I am writing this mail as well internet connectivity is not there. I am doing it through mobile internet.
I have opened a ticket in service desk around 45 minutes back, no body called so far.
Also I have tried couple of time dial toll free number,...

I just got the connection yesterday, and the net is fluctuating far too much today and completely losing speed quite a few times. Please urgently look into this or else I will be forced to discontinue my connection...

The net connection has been fluctuating since yesterday with low net speed and now for the last 3 hours the Connection has been off....

Worst broadband services I've ever used. Connection gets disconnected frequently. The local /company service providers are not helpful at all and don't pick up calls. I had my semester exams and had to call them from morning as there was no Internet as usual. Instead of studying I had to do these stuffs on exam day and had to give exam from mobile internet. I request everyone, please don't take Alliance broadband service ever in your life.....

I request many many times but your coutomer service not help this type of situations.
so plse i request you please help my problem and solution this problem ....

Useless, unstable connectivity. Gets disconnected in every 5 mins....

Everyday from March 15, the network goes and comes after 1 hour everyday...

Connection is not stable in my place, my connection is 80Mbps and i get 10Mbps, service is the worst as they haven't fixed the problem in 2months...

This broadband service provider is provide us the alliance broadband service.
Alliance broadband service is now upgrading their ethernet cable into optic fiber.
Right now i am in a very problematic position economically. But the service providers cut my ethernet cable wire and forcefully want me to upgrade into optic fiber. I told them to give me 2 months of time. But they cut off my internet and did not give me any services...

We are using Alliance Broadband connection for home at prime rate. Our Customer ID is [protected]. Paying a prime monthly amount of Rs.767 what we are getting is a net connection with slow speed and poor connectivity.
Earlier local service person attended it and speed enhanced for a few days only.
You are requested to take necessary action at your earliest or we will have to change our service provider.br...

The net fluctuates alot like it never goes above 3 to 4 mbps at night.And i believe its 62mbps at the rate of Rs 590 but i have not even seen 32mbps that i usually got before shifting here that too in wishnet.I have use Alliance before but i have never experienced this.I reached out to the person from where i got the connection but they say that our phone has the problem.Like seriously??? If i have the problem in my phone than whats the use...

I am not being able to connect to vpn when i connect to wifi even though vpn is accessible through mobile data pease resolve the problem...

Please confirm my payment on date vide reference #IGAKQJCSG5 Rs590/- for STARTER PACKAGE (My ID No.[protected] in the name of Soumya Dutta) . I got no confirmation. Please specify the extent of my renewal period....

Regularly our local cable operator stops the service in the morning. As a result every morning we find the server down. It is ridiculous to find internet down at a daily basis....

Its been 2 weeks my issue is not resolved! Every time i login at 6.30 in the morning the internet goes in and out for several times and this happens in the morning and afternoon every day at a specific time. I have been calling the support for very day twice whenever i face the issue but no action has been taken yet. I work with many softwares and its really irritating as whenever the connection goes off all the application just freeze!...

For the last few weeks, the speed has been too slow. I have been facing many problems from this slow internet speed. Even a month ago, the speed was good and normal. Please see to the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible....

I tried to get subscription for pace and paid through Google Pay. The money got successfully paid but the wifi recharge got failed. It's more than 24 hours didn't get my money back neither the wifi us working. My customer ID is [protected]...

It looks like they have blocked the IP for the rockstar games services, I can't play Grand theft auto 5 online, I can't even go to there website (https://socialclub.rockstargames.com).

Everything loads fine if I use a VPN or if I use Jio sim, so I know it's not rockstars problem...

I am facing high network problem for past 5 days. Receiving high ping....
