my battery warranty card was lost, and my battery is not working,they ask me for warranty card, than they reples my battery.
ok, tell me now what can i do for this?...

We have bought an Amaron car battery which is just about a year old. The battery is not working and needs to be replaced. The warranty period is 18 months and we have been trying to gte in touch with the customer care numbers to no avail.

The numbers are supposed to be toll free customer care numbers and we have been tring to call them now for 3 days to no response.

We are unable to use our car thanks to them.br...

I regret to notice that none of the service standards are being met by AMARON officials. First and foremost I was informed by a dealer M/s. Dhanraj Motors – Andheri (W) to replace my existing Exide battery with Amaron because of the service offered. I had purchased an Amaron Battery for my Car on 18.08.2008 from a Local Dealer in Faridabad named M/s Gupta Batteries at YMCA Chowk, Faridabad (Haryana).

At the time of Purchase the Dealer has Provided me a Bill (without Sales Tax Number & Excise Code) along with a Warrenty Card. Unfortunately i missed the Bill & Warrenty Card.

I lost my Gurantee card of battery bill battery no.:[protected], which was purchased months oct.2007. Now, the battery is not working and jalalabad dealer decleared it dead.

I HAD PURCHASED FEW YEARS AGO AMARON BATTERIES WITH LUMINOUS INVERTER. The car suddenly stopped in the morning on 3/12/08, than I lodged the complaint on your help line no[protected] at 9.30 AM on 3/12/2008.
