I purchased an american tourister suitcase from snapdeal on 8th january 2018. It arrived damaged. It is damaged above the wheel. I want to replace the product as it covers warranty period of 3 years from american tourister. Please let me know the replacement criterias and procedures as soon as possible.

I had ordered 1 American Tourister Suitcase from Snapdeal. It was delivered to me on 08-01-2018. But it was damaged jz above the wheel. I want refund of the product. My order ID is 20702373819. I want full refund as replacement would take time. And I this suitcase for some emergency purposes.
