American Tourister — i am complaining about the back front side.

I have bought the recently from flipkart.com, but even 1 month has not over yet the back front side colour has destroyed even i have not washed the bag a single time. I have the warranty of 1 year and i want a good qualite bag from american tourister. When i went to nearby american tourister shop they said me they will not take the product. Why i don't know?
Please there is a humble request from my side to your company that please help to repair this or exchange it and the cost of the bag is also high.
