When I dropped by to inquire about repairing my cabin size luggage zip, I was initially informed that the cost would be around 400-600 max. I was assured that I would be notified about the final cost before any repair work began.

However, after a few weeks passed without any communication regarding the repair cost, I was surprised to find that my luggage had been repaired. To my dismay, I was then asked to pay 1600/- just for the zip change. When I requested to speak with customer care, I was informed that there is no customer care available and that they couldn't provide a bill for the 1600/- amount.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience, as it seems to be a case of service scamming. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that appropriate action can be taken against the staff member involved, Muhammed Arbaz. I kindly request that you investigate this incident thoroughly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. It is crucial to maintain trust and transparency in customer service, and incidents like these can greatly damage the reputation of a brand.
