I have purchased the suitcase which have been torned and i approached dealer but he refused and ask me to contact company service engineer. He refused to give companies service engineer contact number also. Pls let me know what to do as it's under warranty. This my second complaint since more than two months.
I also have purchased two more suitcases of four wheel and their wheels are not working properly. I hope you will solve my problem and will get my suitcase replaced. Was this information helpful? |
