But I am Facing the lot of Problem. My purifier never auto switch off when water tank full up. I complain about it at least 30 times. But its not work properly. Last 2 week, I complain to given customer care no [protected] then service engineer comes & repair some parts but again its not work properly. The service engineer says that the purifier must be replace & please send the copy of bill. I send the copy then today I received the SMS that “Dear Customer your Call has been closed in system. If you were happy with our services pls tell others if not tell us at 60008558”. I surprise if my complain in under replacement then why my complain being closed. I want to know when my purifier will replace ? My mobile no which is register in your companies complain system is -[protected]. I am waiting for your quick reply.
