This is to inform you that I have a water purifier of Aqua Guard make (mode: e-boiling) and the service for the purifier was insured for one year. One year before, one of the electronic circuit failed to work which results in disconnection of all the warning signals from the purifier. As the service engineer well known to us, we used to call him for any break down of the purifier. However, for last one year we are listening to his assurance that the circuit would be removed as soon as possible. But till date we found no positive result. After few days the insurance is going to expire and they will charge for replacing the circuit.
Therefore, kindly look into the matter so that the circuit get replaced within a week time.
