[Resolved]  Aqua Guard — aquaguard water purifier service request to replace cartridges pending even after 52 days value: 20000

I registered a service request with the eureka forbes customer care as soon as the service light started blinking on 06/10/2018. On 08/10/2018, i received the service acknowledgment message intimating the ref no [protected]. I waited for 6 days and seeing no response, on 12/10/2018, i contacted the customer care executive over phone and i informed them about the seriousness of the situation that our locality being a coastal area pure drinking water was very scarce and should be resolved immediately. By the time the water purifier had stopped working completely.. Though i was assured of immediate action, when inaction continued i contacted them again on 22/10. On 24/10 service technician visited and informed me that in addition to replacing the cartridges, the uv lamp was also needed to be replaced and the same same needed to be brought from chennai or bangalore offices. I was in constant touch with the technician all these time and the reply was the same 'spare part not arrived '. On 05 /11, i sent a mail to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in, the designated recipient to receive complaints.
Instantly i received a reply assuring that the problem would be resolved immediately and also intimated a new service request ref no [protected], possibly to keep their place tidy by wiping off long out standing issues.
As a follow up action i have been receiving sms assuring me of immediate attention to my problem and to make it more credible they have included the name and phone number of the technician they have deputed for my job. As all my attempts to contact the said technician on the provided phone number failed, i contacted the service center where he was serving, i am informed that he was no longer in their service. On 15/11, i sent another mail informing them of the nonavailability of the deputed technician. After that no reply from them and now i have reached a point where no further progress is in sight. My service request is pending unattended even after 52 days.
I have resorted to this step as a last resort.

At last, on 05/12/2018, cartridges and other defective parts replaced to get the purifier started working after exactly 2 months after I lodged the complaint. Thanks to the technician. I have waited 5days to submit this report.

On 30/11/2018, the designated technician at last appeared on the scene and replaced the cartridges but the purifier failed to work properly due to the malfunction of some other parts which also needed to be replaced and promised to replace them in 3 days and today is the 6th day.

We have purchased Aquaguard water purifier in July 2017. Immediately after expiry of warranty period i.e., 1 yr, the problems started. Since 8/2018, the instrument was getting repaired for more than 3 times. Again today the water is not getting filtered.
Worst service and full of cheated fellows, I have period of warranty for one more month..my filter doesn't work ..serivce man arrived and said that I want to buy new carriages for 5 k rupees .why I should pay for warranty period product??? Totally cheated ..
