I brought an arrow rwversible belt worth 2000 from the arrow merchandise in the south point mall Gurgaon on 6th Nov and in 4 days time it's hook which connected the leather strip with the buckle broke while I was in the office. No only it indicates the poor quality of metal of the belt but also the embarrassment which I had in the office at the time of the incident.
I went to the shop today 10 Nov to replace it and was told by the staff that they dont replace accessories. Upon my question for the reason behind it I was informed that the owner was not in town and I need to come on Tuesday again to discuss the same.
This is disappointing and makes me feel terrible as a customer . The treatment to the customer before and after purchase is so drastically different and doesn't make me feel buying stuff from the brand again.

I wish to hear from you for an amicable resolution.
