Arvind Mills — arrow pant having holes

I bought a arrow pant and gave for alteration and received it at 3.30 from the store at phoenix mall bangalore. When i reached back home found out holes in the pant which i didnt check in the store. So again i went back at around 8 as i stay in ecity to the store and asked for a replacement they are saying u might have made holes in it due to smoking which is not possible as the whole time the pants were in my cars trunk. They received the pant and now saying will send it to the quality team please help in this matter to get it replaced
