Respected madam /sir

my name is Iman and am from Iran living in India for study purpose (Ph.D.). Am you regular customer in sephora.

Recently I purchased a Dior foundation and I was unhappy with the product, so after 1-day emailed the Dior customer care to exchange the product, first they told me that you can exchange it, but after I reach to sephora the counter (Regina) told me sephora not permitting you to exchanger the product.


Secondly i wanted to complain about the girl which is working for Dior counter (REGINA) becoz the manager (pretty) was allowing her to exchange the product but Regina was giving me excuses that sephora policy will not allow you to exchange and her rude act while talking to me, and surprisingly she tel lies things behalf of me to her manager, making excuse to not to exchange the product.


There is poor management in sephore india, for them only sale important not customer.

They having problem in giving samples to customers.

They communicate without any manner.

As sephora in international level, they kept it like supermarket.

When customer want purchase they look nice and sweet but if customer got problem with product and has to go back to them, they so aggressive and so rude.

I wanted to know how you are selecting this guys for a job, they look like street guys plus not at all information about the product.

THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE HERE, ONLY BUSINESS. PLEASE HELP US.
