This is regarding extra charge on both cloths (buy one get one free ) cloths exchange at V.V. MAHAL ROAD, TIRUPATHI-517501, A.P Store. The worst experience at esteemed ARROW STORE is on 10-jan-2016, we, purchased cloths on buy one and get one offer at your store whose prices are 1) TROUSER cost : Rs.2099.00 2)SHIRT cost:Rs.2299.00 on offer we paid total amount of Rs.2299.00 But on the same day we want to exchange shirt ( Manager told us in rude way that exchange is not allowed in arrow ) with different colour, We have chosen new shirt with a cost of Rs.2599.00 and we are ready to pay difference amount which is RS.300.oo The real problem started when we have chosen to exchange old trouser (cost rs.2099 ) with new costing Rs.2599.00 as we have buy one and get one offer . The manger changed bill and asked us to pay a bill of Rs.800 (i.e trouser extra bill and shirt extra bill) and he said the bill is final no other changes are allowed without any prior intimation. Now, my query is Does arrow follows the policy of no exchange within same day ? Does arrow follows offer not valid on exchange ? This over exploitation of customers damages the good will of arrow. I have all the bills with me and i am going to file complaint on india consumer forum .
