Arvind Mills — poor quality blazer

Dear team,
I purchased the blazer from the arrow store on 16 november 2019 which is there at the pand m mall patliputra patna.
The style no is anybz5162.
Bill no 2102:1:8854
How terrific the things are!!! Within 2 months the stichies has come out and the frabic is torn from where the stichies are been done.
I donot beleive how the quality standard has come down to such level.
I will escalate the issue every where be it social network and across all the media i would get an access too.
I visited the store the store manager mr. Vikash told me that the the blazer would be sent to the qulaity team from there the guy's would check the same and accordingly i will be informed about the same affter 15 days that the blazer would be exchanged or not. Then i have to wait another 15 days for the consignment then i would get back.
Primarily before to this he told me that he would get it repaired locally upon getting irate he said the same that the consignment would be send to qulaity team and then after 15 days i would be informed about the inquiry resolution.
Is this the services being provided by the arrow under able leadership of arvind clothing??
"the executive who is dealing my concern is extremely irresponsible as he didn’t answer my queries and simply responded/responding carelessly by replying that you have to wait and watch". He is shouting at me and telling it will not be done.
My question is to the arrow either return my money or else get the product exchanged.
I am vey sorry for being the loyal customer of the arrow but the poor fabrics are being used by the company now a days!!!.
I need the urgent decesion for the case donot force the customer to walk in for customer redressal cell.
I would be eagerly waiting for the revert i have attcahed the tag along with the image of the blazer from wher the threading has come out.
I want the quick response from the team.
