Arvind Mills — unethically taken back cash back by reducing timeline

Hi,

I purchased a blazer on 19th of November 2017 worth Rs.9000/- from Arrow outlet in Phoenix Mall Bangalore, which was on offer of 50% cash back post December 2017 and also it was communicated by the store that the validity of he rewards will be a year.

But to my utter surprise when I went to the store (at Koramangala Forum Mall) today (16th of July 2018) they said it was expired on June 17th 2018. They said it has been communicated in May over SMS. Daily I receive at least hundreds of SMS(s), so do you think it is feasible for me to keep track of all these noisy textual messages.

Also when I asked the store manager (Muzaffar Ali Khan ) to call his supervisor and connect with me, his supervisor Bhavesh Damaniya, ASM (Mob: [protected]) out-rightly told him that he will not talk to me. I requested the floor Manger to call him once again but he never picked up the call again upon repeated trials.

So My sincere request is, it is mere Rs.4500/- cash-back but it leaves a very bad taste to the customer without any fault, so please reinstate the amount so that me and my acquaintances continue with Arrow in future.

Hi, It’s really a very disappointed customer service which is getting form Arrow Show room @ Ranchi Jharkhand.

Well I just want to share the issue in short that I have purchased a garment last year in Nov-Dec ( Approx) and got 50% cash back point in with 1 Year of validity period ( as per Store during purchase – Jamshedpur Jharkhand).

Ideally it should be valid till the same Nov-Dev 2018 but suddenly got a SMS alert that points are getting expire in June’18
Once I visited at store then get to know that SALE festive sission is running so not able to in cash the points. Also got informed that SMS was wrongly routed validity is till 31st July’18

Now again whenever visitng the store getting the same statement that SALE is running hence not able to incash it.

Aside During the Store visit @ Nuclous Mall – RANCHI LAAL PUR, The store manager was totally rude regarding the inforamtion which was asked .

Firstly he denied that I have not points, I have complaint the same at complaint BOOK at Store then Store Manager statred rude behave..

Still not able to understand what I need to do.. no clarity is getitng on this. Any one is here to get clarity and make customer delight ???
