Hi,
My name is mukund umadikar and i am your regular customer. I am regularly visiting your store and bought blazer, pants and pant pieces. Recently in this month i bought one pant piece from your store and given for stitching at your store but sorry to say that the tailoring was so bad that i have to return back the pant for altering. The measurement was totally wrong for waist, length and hips. The tailor has redone the pant and deliver it to me but when i tried at my home again the corrections were made only in hips but not made in waist and length, again second time i have given pant for alteration on 24th of august, which i will get back today. This is not the first time that this has happened with me, it has happened earlier also when i stitch khaki pant, that was alter after stitching.
I have paid around rs 1400 to rs 1500 for this pant piece and rs. 690 for stitching, total i have paid rs. 2000 plus (Actual details you can get from your store). I can’t ware this pant after two alterations and also it will not give me pleasure of wearing a new pant. Hence i request you, either you return back the cost of pant or give me new pant piece worth this cost so that i will stitch a new pant. I hope, my demand is not unjustified and has a right to ask for the replacement.
M/s arvind mills being a leader in the textile industry, cannot penalize their regular customers for not being at fault. I am expecting your reply on this email or call on my contact number given below for solution to my complaint. My further course of action will depend on the feedback received from you.
