Ask Me Grocery — Refund not received | payment done on 15 Aug and 16 Aug | |||||
I have placed 2 order on 15th of Aug, 2016 as well as on 16 Aug, 2016. Payment has been detected from my card (citi bank), but order has not been created . I called the support team for same on 15th Aug as well as on 16 Aug, support person raised the ticket for same. After 4-5 day I got a call and they told me that my refund has been initiated and I will get it in next 7 days. Now, it more than a 15 days - I did not received my refund. I am trying to called customer care no since last 10 days, Its not working, I search on net and found they shut down their business. Details - 1. Order placed on 15th Aug 2016 at 5:35 PM | amount 2, 116/- RS 2. I have ordered products through your website two months ago on 11th July. But my orders are not placed. Even though my Bank account has debited. I have called customer care team so many times but of no use. I am sending you details of the transaction. So i request you to please refund my money back.
