Askmebazaar — duplicate product

My order for samsung power bank receive today but the product was not perfectly worked

I had ordered a samsung power bank (2600mah) which was first delivered after 20 days and when open it was duplicate and not working at all, this is the worst product i have ever got online and it is on askme..
have suggested all my fellow colleagues not to buy any product on askme..

The product I ordered was a Xiaomi power bank of 10400mAh via order no. AB1411450 and the product sent to me is a duplicate one, without mi's branding and it was even provided in a duplicate and broken packing. If you want to sell duplicate products, do not use the name of original manufacturers and sell them. This is the worst product and service that one can expect and your incompetence is appalling to say the least. Also your customer care service is unresponsive/non-existent.

I want a complete refund of the product and pick up facility from my delivery address.

hello sir i ordered a sony 10000 mAh power bank from askmebazaar.com with orderno AB1371481 but when the product is delivered to my home i show that it is fake sony power bank . I gone to sony center and customer care for details about the product they said that it is fake. i report to askmebazaar on 20 March 2015 they said we launched a complain about this and we give you the total amount refund but still now no action is taken by them. so i kindly request you to please help me about this problem i highley thankful for you.

I purchased mi xiomi 10400 mah power bank (order id-AB2926529..and for your info a duplicate product(not at all genuine) has been dilevered to me.i ordered white colour power bank and you have dilvered some golden coloured product which is not genuine also and it is not able to charge my 2600 mah phone even once..i request you to take you take your product back and return my money as soon as possible failing to which you will have to face legal consequences.Waiting for your prompt replay...! I've ordered Samsung Power bank from askmebazaar a couple of days ago and i am very disappointed with their product and service. Firstly they said after 5 to 6 days of placing my order that the product was duplicate that's why we cancelled your order !!! and since i've decided not to order any product from askmebazaar but that's not it yet coz after 12 to 15 days they send the product but the duplicate one i am saying duplicate one coz the product company as they say was samsung but the duplicate one by the performance any by the looks.
I charged the power bank after receiving the product after 15 days and guess what !! it can charge my phones batter by just 5% the power bank gets empty!!!???? they are screaming like the product is damn gud and 100% genuine!!
