[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Poor customer care service and not refund/return money | |||||
I was ordered a parcel (order no- AB8384480) of laptop bag (laptop bag, googles, LED Watch). But i got wrong item from the company and when i was complaint in office (complaint no-QRC[protected] they does not gave me complete information and told me to send your parcel through india post (EF[protected] IN). I send my parcel on that address from where i got that parcel (shanpra trading, 1625 moti nagar Delhi India 110015, TIN No. [protected]). But now they respond me that you have send your parcel at wrong address and at the time of complaint they does not told me where i have to that send parcel and now they do not want to return my money which is Rs 599. I recieved that parcel through BLUE DART courier service at Lovely Professional University Jalandhar Punjab and i had paid Rs. 599 by cash on delivery process. Was this information helpful? | |||||
