I paid an amount of Rs. 498 on dt. 2 april 2021 vide refrence no.[protected] at POS 41602xxxxxx3594 for seat selection at goibibo app through payzapp login as a guest.My amount debited and no any seat selection made vide this transection due to technical error.No any refund made to me till now.So you are requested to make my refund of rs. 498 as early as possible.
