B2X — Very poor customer care service

Please tell me when i will get my phone i have not taken my phone from the service centre i have given my phone on 27 july to the service centre i have called you many times and email you several times but i still dont know when i will get my phone and what problem is in my phone my phone warranty is finishing on 24 sept and i have no phone from last 40 days so i want my phone warranty to be extended to 40 days i have contacted you several times, initially you have responded but later there was no response and it seems you have done nothing last week but still i have faith in you my customer reference number are[protected] [protected] lko service centre where my phone is, its contact no[protected] service centre people are saying that they have sent my phone to delhi or another day they are saying that they dont have parts from last 40 days and now when i ask them about the phone they tell me to talk to motorola service centre from last week i have talk to several motorola customer care people and still nothing have been done no clear thing have been told by you or by the service centre firstly i want clearity by you and the service centre and i am very much frustrated and i no longer can wait anymore for my phone i have given entire details and information about my phone in my complaint and in customer reference no[protected] [protected] i hope that i will get my phone as soon as possible and in good condition my phone no-[protected] email id- rio.[protected]@gmail.com
