Kindly provide the proper water supply to our area. The water man not providing proper water supply, we are having shortage of water supply.
Kindly look into this problem as soon as possible.

We have given written complaint at Bwssb office, Sunkadakatte, Bangalore on 18/5/2022 but still they not solved the issue.

Drinking water is not fulfilled at 5th cross road near mrs store where as no problems in other roads. Please solve the issue ASAP.

Hello Sir/ma'am, I'm Vincent Immanuel here. I raised this complaint because of the inappropriate behaviour of BWSS employees to me. There is sewage block that happens regularly infront of our bakery. Once it happened, they cleared it, and i gave a empty sack to put the waste into it. They also did like that. After that, they asked me to bribe them, not with money but with commodities. I refused and they went. Now again, same thing happened....

There is damage in sewege pipe line on 3 Rd main NGEF layout Nagarabhavi. Lot of foul smell since 3 days. Please expedite repair.

There is always a irregular supply of water in our area that is jayanagar 8 block 1st B main, how come the issue is only in our road whereas in other roads there is regular supply of water.
Every 10 days we are forced to get tankers

We verified our record and founded the bwssb receipt for having paid an amount ₹ 4438 and we showed in office. They said give a copy of the receipt along with a letter. Chamrajpet Pin no - S - 486419 drinking water is getting mixed with sewage water .We filed a complaint about it, but no action has been taken since it was filed 10 days before . Kindly do the needful ....

When complaint is raised they close \saying pipe issue and then water supply situation is same

I have been incorrectly charged for INR 5728 whereas the bill provided including late fee by BWSSB is INR 5073.

The incorrect amount difference should be refunded to my account, and send an acknowledgement of the same....

Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Broken cauvery water line and water logging due to this
The cauvery water line is broken and the drinking water is leaking into the storm water drain on the road side. We reached out to the BWSSB and the AE (Ravishankara Residency, 4th Cross, Kodigehalli Main Road,
Sanjeevini Nagar, Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore - 560092
) but nothing has been done for 1 and half week....

Despite several reminders, personal requests and complaints from the residents of KHB main road, 6th cross, opp GVR plaza road, KB new extension, the water crisis problem is unheard and unsolved.

Everytime a new excuse by the linemen, only 40 to 50 minutes water supply at a very low pressure to this particular 6th cross. We tried to contact AE, JE, and also shared videos of empty sump tanks n low water flow, but of no use....
