Bharti Airtel — Mental Harrasment and misuse of the authority | |||
I had made one recharge of rs. 1000 on 16th March through recharge it now, due to some issue with airtel network my money got deducted but there were no recharge took place. After calling your airtel customer care for numerous times, I got to know that my recharge did not happen and I shall get my amount back in my credit card within 7 working days. To follow up, I called yesterday; the person who received my phone was rude to the core and was unable to reply. I asked him to put me through someone who is either senior or any email id where I can share my issues. But the person just refused all stating that I should just talk to him. I found him extremely unprofessional thus decided to disconnect my call. After few minutes, your airtel guy called me from some personal no ([protected]) thrice back to back and only spoke nonsense. I then threatened him to give his no to police. After another half n hour or so I realized that all facilities from my phone has been barred for no reason. Me and my friend again called airtel delhi customer care no multiple times but failed to get any clarity. We were further assured that we will receive a call from airtel but that too never happened. Finally my sister visited airtel office today and we were shocked to know that my phone has been barred because that from Airtel has written that my phone has been stolen.
