[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — No support for refunding the transaction amount when wrong number was recharged mistakenly. | |||
By mistake i entered one wrong digit while entering mobile number at the time of recharging . This resulted recharge on an unknown number. I talked to the customer care to rectify the error that i made while recharging. But they denied any support. I lost the entire amount paid by online transaction. They just have to make minor correction. But they are denying any support, and asking me to do the entire transaction again. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have been repeatedly complaining about poor signal and data network issue from past 8 months and in return nothing is fixed nor I get any acknowledgment for my complaint. If they cannot provide effective service better discontinue.

I am watching your add daily you show that your 4G network work in mountain But sir we live Punjab and your 3G / 4G network not work in my village but sir you are show to your 4G network available I every place so you are wrong

Balance deduction 53 rs I have call customer service but he not speak very well
Network goes out 8 to 10 times a day. pathetic service. will change service provider if not addressed
