Order ID: MAMO[protected] Transaction ID:[protected] Transaction Amount:Rs.1694.51 Transaction date:02.12.2020 Transaction Time:06:27PM Payment by: MobiKwik Amex card I placed an order on 02.12.2020 on MobiKwik and did payment of Rs.1694.51 through MobiKwik American Express card and amount has been debited from my MobiKwik wallet but that transaction got failed. I have to do payment of Rs.1694.51 second time (this time through MobiKwik wallet) which transaction id is d443b[protected]ae2. This second Transaction has been taken place on 02.12.2020 at 07:10PM. Now 13 days have been over but BigBasket did not refund my money back. Was this information helpful? | |

However, on checking our records we see that refund is already processed to your source account and the amount will be reflecting in 7-9 bank working days.
