DATED 4/10/2014, I made an online payment by net banking for MTNL DELHI BILL... LANDLINE number 27655220 of 777 Rs. i The amount got debited from icici bank and sbbj bank i tried to make payment 3 times but all attempts were unsuccessful. money had deducted all three times. so plz refund my money mobile [protected] My email Id is [protected]@gmail.com .
