The transaction description in my bank record is: IPAY/ESHP/BD/37545373/MIDB[protected]_RMO On making the payment I received a pop-up message from bill desk that the transaction had failed. I booked a ticket from Chennai to Mayiladudurai in TNSTC Online website on Dec 16th, through my ICICI debit card. The transaction got failed midway and ticket booking was cancelled. But the amount has been debited from my account. Below is the transaction ID from my account statement.

I have faced a problem regarding the online transaction while applying for the post of IDBI Asst. Manager recruitment exam.
