I have purchased the policy on aug 2010. After completing 3yrs of payment i have stopped to making the payment. Reason the bsli executives. I never got the resolution of my issues. I have write many times so i stopped. Now in april 2017 i have surrender my policy. According to the documents no amount should be deducted.
