Myself Ashutosh, I reside in Thane been using Bisleri water services from almost couple of months on a regular basis. My ticket no. is[protected]/[protected]. I am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. For the past four days, I have not received the 2*20 litre water jars that I had ordered, despite making several calls to customer service department.
I have contacted your customer representatives six times a day, but unfortunately, none of them were able to provide me with any satisfactory resolution to my problem. They were either unresponsive, or they promised to get back to me but never did. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience, as I have been forced to rely on alternative sources of water, which are not only inconvenient but also potentially unsafe.
I would like to remind that providing essential services like water supply is a basic responsibility of your company, and it is unacceptable to neglect this responsibility. I believe that I am entitled to receive the services that I have paid for, and it is your responsibility to ensure that they are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Therefore, I request you to take immediate action to address my complaint. I also request you to investigate the matter and take necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
