Writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Bisleri. I had placed an order for two bottles of Bisleri 20 litres (BSLRE-016-[protected] on 29th April 2023, with a delivery date of 1st May 2023. However, it is now 2nd May 2023, and the bottles have not yet been delivered.
This is not the first time I have faced such an issue with Bisleri. In my previous order, I had to face multiple days of delay in delivery, causing a lot of inconvenience and frustration. Despite sending multiple emails and calling customer care several times, I had to follow up repeatedly to get the delivery done. This time also they have alloted the same supplier YUD enterprises (Mukesh Kumar [protected]) and thr customer care executives have same old reply : apologies followed by we will talk to senior management, bottles will be delivered today only etc etc...but all are just false promises.
The current delay has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Bisleri. It is unacceptable that I have to spend so much time and effort following up on each order and sending multiple emails to get a simple delivery done.
Hope to receive a prompt response and resolution to this issue.
