Bisleri International — Complain non response for refund of deposit money

This is regarding the pickup order and second return order of empty water Bisleri cans.

1) BSLRE-003HY-1152915

2) BSLRE-003HY[protected]

As per your own policy the deposit will be returned within 48 hrs including of account closure.
Why has the deposit not been returned but canceled without my knowledge and even after raising new request of return empty jars there is no response or pick up of the empty water jars and I have requested for cash payment to avoid bank transaction.

Multiple reminders, going against your own policy and keeping the deposit money trying only to take the empty water jars without return of deposit money.

Let me know if I have to look at alternatives to return the water jars from Bisler
