I ordered pickup request of 4 empty jars (2 separate order of 2 jars each) via order no. BOTDB-062KO-2586229 dated 03.05.2023 & BOTDB-062KO-2602709 dated 06.05.2023. The empty jars caution deposit was paid at rate of 150 each during initial purchase. I reminded Bisleri many times after placing the order to pickup but till date pickup has not been done. Now I am going to left my rented room and empty jars pickup will not possible. This case was already told to the Bisleri that I reside in rented room after I left pickup is not possible. The orders are showing out for pickup from 03rd May & 06th May but till now they are on the way. As I waited for pickup for more than 10 days. Now I need the refund and also extra amount as fine for not serving properly by Bisleri.
